...Because There Is No Such Thing As "Too Many Shoes"
Shoes, shoes, SHOES!Mitju has made me a happy girl once again! I always enjoy Mitju warehouse sales because it's usually so organized (compared to Charles & Keith). Although Charles & Keith is a more popular brand, I find Mitju shoes more comfortable. Mitju is cheaper too.
This year, they are selling one pair of shoes for SGD18 and two pairs for SGD30. They're also selling bags for at least SGD20 each. There were also some accessories - necklaces, belts and sunglasses. The shoes are a bit more expensive than last year's warehouse sale where they sold two pairs for SGD25.
Even if it's a long weekend, L and I decided to go to the sale today instead of yesterday. This turned out to be a bad idea for L -- she couldn't find any pair with her size at all. The smaller sizes were all gone. Most shoes only had sizes 38 to 41. Thankfully, I'm a size 39/40. So all the pairs that I liked still had my size.Thank God! Or I would have been as depressed as L. Hahaha.
I ended up buying four pairs. Two pairs of doll shoes, a pair of brown peep toes and a pair of formal-ish pointy flats.
Yay! Thank you, Mitju! I am a happy girl! :)Since L wasn't able to buy a pair and she was feeling so sad, we went over to Ion because we remembered that The Little Things She Needs always had 2-for-SGD29 deals. Still, she ended up with none. I saw these black foldable flats which were light enough to keep inside my bag in case of footwear emergencies. So, of course, I ended up buying a pair.
Five pairs in a day is absolute LOVE. Because there really is no such thing as "too many shoes"... :)
